The propagation of a supposed “instigation” of revolution
is what makes me wanna instigate a revolution.
Perception of anarchy is illusioned;
everyone is so afraid of revolution.
Such a blind eye only sees it as conclusion

of the stagnant state they love,
where all the decisions are made above.
They see it as nothing more,
than an impractical state of chaos for kids that are bored.

But don’t they know what it means to revolve?
It’s not an expectation that we’ll all just be absolved
from all or any of our past beliefs,
just a hope that we’ll learn what they mean.
Like our mother earth we’ll spin and let our leaves fall off.

And the flora seems more lush every winters end,
it’s maddening to know that the cold will come again.
but the strongest fauna evolves
to extremophiles with such resolve,
that they’ll survive any which way she might revolve.

So I do hope for a day,
we’ll come together to find a way,
to stop fighting and be our own cops,
instead of sitting through this eternal winter while our spirits rot.
